Course Equivalency Students applying for the Student Exchange Program must fill this form for approval of courses to be studied abroad by the Dean of Admission & Registration and the Dean of Student Affairs. |

Equivalency for Abroad University Students must only fill this form after the approval of the Student Exchange Program Director with the courses they are willing to study at that school. This form will be sent to the school abroad. |
