Kuwait University, represented by the College of Life Sciences, signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Health, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi, the Acting Director of Kuwait University, Prof. Fayez Munshar Al-Dhafiri, and the Acting Vice Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Fahd Muhammad Al-Fadhli, and on the part of the Ministry of Health, the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, the Head of the Speech and Swallowing Department at the Natural Medicine Hospital, Dr. Sulaiman Abdullah, and the Head of the Speech and Hearing Department at Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Center. Dr. Maryam Al-Kandari and the Director of the Nutrition Department, Dr. Nawal Al-Qaoud, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specializations (KIMS)
The agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation between Kuwait University and the Ministry of Health in the fields of field training for male and female students from the College of Life Sciences, exchange of technical and research experiences, and practical employment of academic expertise to serve both parties in accordance with the controls regulating the process to achieve academic excellence and ensure the quality of outputs.
