It is responsible for implementing all financial and administrative procedures, the most important of which are the salaries of teaching assistants, through the financial and administrative system of the University of Kuwait for the categories of teaching assistant and scientific assistant on a scholarship in cooperation with the scholarship department, in accordance with the regulations organizing the delegation to teaching assistant missions at the university, and in communication with some of the university’s departments and various entities within The State of Kuwait and cultural offices outside the State of Kuwait. 

The most prominent services provided by the department are: 

- Issuing a salary certificate in Arabic and English. 

- Issuing a salary continuity certificate.
