Aiming to evaluate and develop students’ skills, Kuwait University conducted the aptitude tests, which are an integral part of the university admission process. President of KU, Prof. Nawaf Al-Mutairi, and the Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fahd Al-Fadhli, in addition to the Assistant Vice President for Evaluation and Measurement, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sulaili, made an inspection tour to monitor the progress of the test and ensure that the best conditions are provided for the students. During the tour, the President expressed his satisfaction with the good organization and procedures followed, he noted that the university always strives to provide an ideal educational environment. For his part, the Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs stressed the importance of the aptitude tests as a tool to measure the basic competencies of students desiring to join Kuwait University. He also stressed the necessity of setting for the aptitude tests and paying them the necessary attention.  as an essentially element of the equivalent rate to pave the way for admission in the desired majors.

A large number of students who wish to enroll at KU have taken the test. It is also noteworthy that Kuwait University is keen to keep pace with the latest educational methods and apply the best international practices in evaluation of students, which enhance its position as a leading educational institution.
